I take it. It works FANTASTIC for me. No side effects, no weight gain, no headache. They all have some risks but for me personally, this works the B E S T. I'm thankful my doc gave it to me. I was on Zolft originally and YUCK!!! Bad side effects. I was on Effexor too and that worked good but this one, Wellbutrin has the least of any side effects and you can mix it with say, asprins if you get a headache or anything else.
It works great for me! Zoey

Not,
I was on wellbutrin too and had no side effects. I was also taking Prozac at the time and they work well together. In addition the wellbutrin helped with the side effects of Prozac. CSue

H takes it, plus another one. He's had no problems with it. Side effect...it can also help if you wish to stop smoking...that's what they give you.

I have been on it for about a year now. Was just thinking that I wouldn't have made it through without the lovely purple pill. I like the others here have had no side effects. I was on Prozac and one other before I found the one that was right for me. The side effects on the others were horrible. Actually considering talking to the Dr. about weaning myself off of them after the Holidays. You need to find the one that is right for you. Work with your Dr. until you do. I was concerned when I read that it could cause seizures because I had a brain tumor removed in March, 1998 but my Dr. assured me that it should have no effect on it. I also take synthroid (for my thyroid) no adverse reactions when I take both. Good Luck and hope this helps. [ October 21, 2002, 05:17 PM: Message edited by: Is this a bad dream ]
