1.Don't blame - what is the problem and what is the solution?

2.Think - Feel - Act

3.If I am sad , it's my sadness. Possession is mine and accountability is mine. Only I can get rid of it, it's inside me. I allowed it in and only I can get it out.

4.No one gives you your worth and value and no one takes it away, nor do you give it or take it away from others.

5.Feelings are not just emotions that happen to you. Feelings are reactions you choose to have.

6.You have the power to think whatever you allow into your head.

7.New thinking patterns require awareness of old thinking patterns.

8.What I feel I create. I make it continue by what I keep telling myself.

9.Problem oriented, not Fault oriented.

10.Look for options, consequences, alternatives.

11.I'm OK and you're OK and sometimes I'm not OK and that's OK.

12.Attack situations - not people.

It's taken me almost 2 years of pain and working on myself to get to a point where this makes sense to me. It takes time.
