I have just found this board.. I haven't even had a chance to do much lurking.
I'm curious about the Plan A/Plan B things? What are those?? Dh and I went to counseling for about six weeks, and are doing better, I guess. Some days are better than others, He's trying, I know he is. But I'm still having trouble trusting him. It's been 8 mos since dday... Will I ever trust him again? Is there anything else we/I can do to get past this?
Thank you.. Baby Blue

Here are some links to information about plans A and b. They are really ways to help the affair end and improve the BS so that reconcillation can take place. NSR's links to info about plan A and BAs far as trusting again, DR Harley suggests that you never trust him again, but you can get close. It would be a good idea for you to go to the concepts section of the site and read all you can find. Here is a link ( to a link) about that, and also some basic info for new members. K's helps for new members I know some days are better than others, I hope you are going to be OK, and that you can restore your feelings for him. I hope he does everything he can to aid recovery. SS

It's not as bad as it sounds, if you follow K's link to the concepts then the Doc explains it and it makes sense. The basic concept is that if you always check up on each other and tell the truth, it is not likely to ever happen again. So it involves becoming an open book for each other with no secrets between you. ( makes it hard to hide chrismas presents though) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />
No, it really does make good sense, I think you'll agree after you read it.
