I want to thank everyone that has helped me. I had a great weekend. Know going into week that I am going to let her go. I will continue Plan A at a distance. Still showing affection. Told her I would not seek to dimiss RO because I have too much respect for her. Told her I wish we could have a mutual agreement to drop part of RO on telephone/email and I would only do it for daughter and questions/concerns about divorce agreement (although she knows I don't want it).

I will continue paying some bills and giving her little gifts. She knows I love her and now she must think. If she still goes through with at least I will know I tried.

Sorry, if I acted uncaring to RO, but many don't know our situation/and what has been occuring or legal system....I apologize for seeming harsh....I am a nice guy just wanting to know what the right thing to do in this situation!
