Amazing... I haven't been on MB since Thursday of last week... been computer deprived... but we MOVED! Escrow closed last week and we now pay the bank instead of a landlord <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> ...
WOW...
7 1/2 years of stuff...
two more kids than when we moved there...
we had accumulated a bunch of junk!
But I LOVE my new house... so much to do... so much to BUY! so many blank slates to DECORATE!
I made it through the process with only 1 LB session... I was overtired and sick (a cold) and DH wasn't understanding why I didn't want to spend 2 hours in a laundrymat... but we ironed it out rather quickly... he disclosed what was keeping him from doing what 'I' thought he should be... and I disclosed what was 'really' frustrating me...
He made a nice comment about not going 'backwards' and I realized that I was operating under old habits... so I did some attitude adjustments and feel much better today...

You and formerly eff'd up have come so far. I'm so very happy for you both. You are a true MB success story in every way. You really worked hard at it and stuck to it, I know cuz I was here watching and reading. I'm just proud of you, and a bit in awe of your tenacity and dedication to rebuild. This new home is very symbolic of that, and celebrating it should be very meaningful to you.
And oh yeah, thanks for welcoming me back too, hon.

knewjie The post you bumped up of [H]s sure is a CONTRAST from now... I am going to ENJOY the heck out of making the new house a home... something that is difficult to do in rental...

Elad pretty downright HAPPY I am...
Resilient I think efft has even amazed himself... I give ALL the credit for the house to him... he was so persistant! and it IS terrific seeing your posts on the boards again!
another update
I found out a couple weeks ago that OW and her H were to separate... it was confirmed today by another 'friend.' She saw OWsH in a store and he had just moved out this weekend...
Weird... them separating the same weekend we move to a new house... it gave me the chills.
