That STBXH or XH will be here tomorrow to visit with the kids. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I signed the papers last week and my lawyer thought that it should be final this week, but he hasn't heard from the other lawyer, so have no clue what is going on!!!

I've got the house pretty much cleaned up, we gone so much that when we do come home we just drop stuff into piles here and there!!! UGH!!!!!!

I am planning to Plan A, and stay out of their way this weekend, have many plans to keep me busy and away from home.

I've only gotten 35 lbs off since the last time he seen me, not what I had hoped for!!! Oh well, I am not doing the weight thing for him, just using him as a time incentative.

Any suggestions on how I might deal with him would be appreciated!!!!!

We talked at bible class last night to be careful what you pray for, pastor said if you pray to be a more loving person, God will probably put you in with unloving people, one mom said don't pray for patience as she had really been pushed to her limits when she did. I have been praying for restoration of my marriage and for the Holy Spirit to work in H heart. What have I left my self open for this weekend do you think? any thoughts?

Say a prayer for me, but please be careful with what you pray for me!!!!!! I am not sure how much strength I have!!!!

Dawn, I skip the praying ... but your legal situation I could tell you right now ... until H signs you are still legally married to him. OM has not sign (suppose to be final by 9/1) so OMW still legally married to OM. Go figure.

I know that we are married til the judge signs, but once the judge signs it is final, there is not waiting, everything is taken care of with that one signature. Neither of us or our lawyers have to be present.

So right now I don't know if STBXH has signed or not, I will not ask and he didn't bring up divorce last night while on the phone, so I have no clue as to if his lawyer has the papers, if he has signed and sent them back to his lawyer and his lawyer has sent them to the judge or exactly were things are at. Just a little confused on how I am to behave this weekend!!!!!

No haven't seen that movie yet!!! My brother is here visiting and I plan on going to the comedy club with him one night and will hit the movie one other night and have to bowl one night!!!

I really am not to worried about the whole situation, I just don't like the not knowing on the papers!!! Like I said I plan to Plan A when contact is needed.

It just kind of hit in the face that when I get home from work tomorrow night my H will be here!!!UGH!!!!!

A friend of mine told me that the magic weight loss number to REALLY see a difference is at 20lbs. And you've almost DOUBLED that!! WOOHOO!!! (I'm still jealous btw. hehehe).

What does it matter if the papers or signed or not? Why should that make you act differently towards your H? It was only a few signed papers that made you "married", and now it's only a few signed papers that will make you "divorced". Those papers aren't capable of changing the feelings in your heart. You loved your H before you signed the first papers, and you love him after signing the 2nd papers. I'd say, you should "act" out what's in your heart. And IMO, that's a wonderful, warm, caring, sensitive, and trusting woman.
