Hi: I've been keeping track of a time log as well as the mileage log. NO progress. The recorder isn't picking up anything but his REALLY loud music. This isn't unusual - the loud music - he acts like a teenager with his booming music and always has. So, I think he's been really careful in his actions - I think I tipped him off before - he's very careful now. Again I may be really crazy but my instincts and lots of RED flags are there....
Can you help me with the "following". He knows my car - so I need something else that I can get without a credit card.....you once said you had tips? You can e-mail me privately if you wish....just PLEASE help!

angelia,
Does the milage show up discrepency with his missing time ?. Keep the logging for now. The stop might be not far at all from his daily route.
For stake out ... you could get a rental and use the credit card as a holder, i.e you will pay cash when you returned the car. All major rental will be able to do it. If you don't have credit card at all, it is rough. ATM w/ visa logo will do but you have to have certain $ being lock up for the duration of the rental. You might be able to get it w/ cash from small local rental car. Call around.
Before you pick up the car you have to find a place to switch/park the cars. I use a residential parking that hidden from the major road and it is not usual road that your H will use. I had used strip mall near by but I made sure that they don't enforced the parking ordinance ... leaving your rental car overnight.
You have to practice tailing a car. Pick a car at random then tail them. Keep your distance far enough that you could see it. W/ your knowledge of H's usual route it will make it easier for you. Keep 2 cars behind your H's car will work the best.
Good luck. Remember whatever you find, you should not confront H w/o giving a lot of thought.

Not redhat, but you can rent a car, telling them that you'll pay cash for the car and leave a deposit which covers the lenght of time you want to rent. Yes, they will require a swip on your CC, but they won't run it through. Swap cars with a friend, family member. Expensive, hire a PI. Ask a GOOD friend to spend a few hours following your H.
Hoping by bumping this, redhat will reply.
