Can any WH provide me with honest answers about NC with OW after D-Day?
my WH says he has told OW A is over, and wants to try and work on problems in M - but seems very depressed/agitated since NC began.
Did any WH here, have problems with NC? Did you miss OW and have to fight urges to contact?
Did you in fact lapse and give in to urge? And if so was this with a desire to re-initiate A, or simply a need to see her as a 'friend' again?
Honest, forthright replies appreciated - as I'd like to know what I'm dealing with here - and the dangers present in stages of early recovery.

Amelie, please go read everything you can on this website because your WS is clearly going through withdrawal. It is an expected phase of recovery. I know it is painful for you to watch, but it does get better and is actually a good sign.
