ok we all know all to well i'm computer illiterite.(SP?) what the heck is wrong with a dell, and since i am clueless about all computer stuff will it really matter???

orchid-so glad to hear from you-husband talked to steve yesterday-then went to work. last night things went well enough. i told husband that counseling may bring up angry feelings and if he is feeling angry towards me, thats ok. if he needs time to sort stuff out, thats ok too. i only asked that if he is going through that to let me know so i don't think he is withdrawing and why? i can handle the angry feelings-we have to go through all the feelings to sort this mess out, i just don't want to not know what is going on. he appreciated it.

i have a follow-up appt. next wed. with steve. husband has to re-do emotional needs and love buster questionare's for homework. i'll keep you all posted.

how are you doing orchid. i feel as if all the people i use to seek advice from are gone. update me.

nikko,

Don't let those die hard apple guys bothers you ... They just get jealous. LOL !!! . I am pretty sure their hardware won't run LINUX . Anyway I am glad that SH is helping both of you. As long as there is a will from your H, SH will help your M out.

Still lurking around -rh-

Hummmmmm redhat, OSX for the Mac is a solid Unix OS. Does that count?

I use a Dell too, it's a decent machine.

Hey Nikko, don't let those Mac apples upset you. A Dell is a good buy and good computer. Those Mac guys don't like anything non-Mac!

Nikko,

Just for the record. The Dell is a fine computer and computer company. I wasn't knocking Dell at all. Not all Mac users hate not Mac computers. I help support both the Macintosh and Dells where I work.

They're both great computers. That's why we have them both.

Sorry, nikko, for hijacking your thread, but:

"Don't let those die hard apple guys bothers you ... They just get jealous. LOL !!! . I am pretty sure their hardware won't run LINUX "

Mac's USED 2 have 2 run LINUX, but then OS X came along, and we run unix right in Mac OS! Ain't that wonderful??? I also run Virtual PC, so if I have any Bill Gates software that doesn't run on a Mac, I can run it on my Mac!!!

But no offense is REALLY meant 2 owners of PCs (I have 4 at home). All in good fun.

AAACKK...........MAC! LOL!

Just kidding. Got 2 PCs 1 Mac and PC in the software mode??? Something like that. I actually use the MAC for my internet usage. H's favorite and I am a PC person (2 at work)....

Anyway Nikko, glad you got a 'puter. Who cares as long as you can post!!! LOL!

We are doing ok. PBR tried to make an appearance about a month ago. She sent me an e-mail to my work about 10 minutes before a staff meeting at the end of the day. I went home sick 40 minutes before quitting time! Then I wrote to Hotmail and shut her account down! Then she tried to get H to setup a 'secret account' like the 'old days'? He said no, so she sent an e-mail with her yahoo account (with both their names K & S - YUCK) to his home addy. He allowed me to reply (even hit the sent button). I told her that her e-mails were no longer appreciated (like they ever were by me - LOL!) and that she needed to go and irriate someone else! Haven't heard from her since. Then I blocked that yahoo addy from his e-mail box. Hm.... will wait until her next PMS episode. Have my next plan of action lined up and hope I don't have to use it.

Her interruptions into our lives really really bothers me (my primary boundary requirement to not have to deal with any OW - esp PBR!) and I put my pain on H and made him responsible for making me feel better. He is trying but he can't stop because my pain is still there.

So progress is here but slow. I found out he has a book 'after the a', not sure if he read it or not. Trying to be patient and have him tell me. His sister taped the Dr Phil show, we both need to watch it. He isn't into reading Dr Harley stuff but well, same info, different name.

I have made communication a #1 priority. His mom resents any male who tries to tell her anything....goes even for her sons. She is willing to even jeporadize the life of her children. What a stubborn woman. H sees that and feels the pain. So there is a lesson being learned there.

Ok, enough about me. U take care ok? Glad to hear your H spoke with Steve. I think it takes guys longer for stuff to sink in. Ooops I might get flamed for that 'biased' comment.

I sure wish you were closer enough to give cooking lessons.

LOL !!!. I knew my post would get to some of you posting and take away nikko's misery away for a moment. . I work with all platform including legacy MF .

Nikko will get more by now.

Anyway, I am here jobless and enjoying it. I will start a new life (Dv will be finalized by Dec 31), a new job and I will be back into the market looking for a new mate . I don't want her to cancel this Dv and I want to have the control. I petitioned to change my status to Dv and had been granted effective Dec 31. It sound like non MB but I don't want WW no more. I finished my plan A and after 7 months of imposed NC, I have came to conclusion that I am better off starting over w/o WW. A is not the reason for Dv but lost hope of better M is.

nikko,

My 2 D are fine, there will be a point when they have to choose between us. She keeps influencing them on "her side". I try to be neutral and just listen to their vent ... too bad she could not hear them. I get court ordered co-parenting counseling . Yesterday is our second counseling regarding next year school for 2 D. She is so lost in the fog and start to mixed a sarcastic remark when I talked. I already warn the counselor about it on our first meeting (I bit my tounge to hold myself) and she should stop her but she didn't ... it is an open season for me to strike back. So I took the liberty to include a sarcastic remark back, 5 minutes later she stormed out of the counseling saying "You are soo immature sob". . I know I should not have done that but as I say I don't let anyone tell me how much I am worth specially from her. I know beneath all of this agressions she is hurting but I refused to be her punching bag no more.

... do they ever give up?? i'm going to see ow in a few weeks at x-mas party.
As long as there is NC and H doesn't give a mix signal, normal OW would gave up except PBR. LOL !!!.

... so i will see her for the first time at the same place and i dont even seem nervous. does this seem normal??
You will get the jitter when you see her but I am confident that you could be gracefull.
