Gosh Zuzus,

I don't know. I'm an Engineer and no medical background.

All I can think of is to rub your extremeties from down to up, toward your heart.

Example on Legs: Start at your ankles and rub up toward your thighs.

Also Hon, I know that Twila on the recovery board is in health care, an RN I think. Perhaps place a link over there, or I can do it for you. Just say the word.

It's a good thing the tingling sensations are subsiding I would think.
