I haven't posted much about my situation or to others lately as I've been in a plan B limbo.

Last night as I was baking pies to take to my sister's house I was reflecting on the things that are going well in my life.

My father's health is improving.
My parents celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary.
I have a better relationship with my younger sister.
I have a great relationship with my older sister.
I have strengthened friendships with many of my female friends.
My health is better than it was a year ago. I get more exercise and eat more healthfully.
I feel more at peace than I did a year ago, before I knew about the A, but when my WH was being very cruel and making me feel crazy.
Much of this peace is due to the many wonderful people on this board that have been there for me and for others and have shown a great deal of compassion and caring in the face of their own trials and tribulations.

I hope everyone here has there own list of things to be thankful for and that all of you are spending time tomorrow with either family or friends.

For those of you not spending time on thanksgiving with their WS (like me), I will think of all of you tomorrow and pray that peace is a part of your day and your lives.

Hi unsure

I'll be spending T-giving by myself tomorrow for the first time ever...I am not looking forward to it as I am used to spending it with my in-laws who I dearly love but....well that's the way it goes I guess.

I do have things to be thankful for but it takes some one like you to remind me.

I have my health and I am in better shape than I was 5 years ago...more exercise...more sleep..not so much better diet but I'm trying <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

I am a much stronger person than I was a year ago...

Over the past two years I have renewed a freindship with someone who is very dear to me and has helped me immeasuarbly...

I guess even when you are down you're not out....

Happy thanksgiving USH

E

To my WW,

I am thankful for:
1. loving family and friends.
2. that school is almost over and I will being doing something I love to do.
3. for those two horses(cats) we call Frisbee and Gizmo.
4. the warmth of a bright sun on a cold day.
5. the sight of green grass on a rainy day.
6. the smell of fallen leaves on a warm autum day.
7. the sound of the wind passing through the trees on a cool summer night.
8. knowing what real love is and that I have it within me.
9. not giving up on myself and finding strength I did not know was there.
10. , most importantly, having you in my life.
