There may be a list somewhere, but I believe the best sign is in your gut.
If you suspect an affair, you're likely right. This has been described to be the case over and over on this forum. In fact, denial by the BS in the face of overwhelming "signs" is the norm and the BS can be the last one to know.
But, two sure fire statements by a spouse are:
"Just friends." and
"I love you, but I'm not in love with you."

#1- Change in Sexual behaior. No sex or Overdrive #2- Change in music interest #3- Starts hanging out with Friends alot more #4- Domestic Chores go to crap. #5- No pride in anything they do #6- Says they are depressed #7- Acting 22 not 32 or 42 etc... #8- Overwhelming need for a cell phone #9- Pays no mind to your most important EN's this one is big. They stop treating you with care! #10- Painfully obvious that everything they do is SELFISH #11- Freinds say WS is "Acting Wierd" Hasn't been herself" Should I go on?

a few more i'd like to add are a suden interest in doing something new and making it a rutine,but without you.also what should have been a red flag for me but i chose to ignore,was my wife was always nagging and complaining ,suddenly one day it stopped and she was happy.i really missed that one.but i guess i didn't care ....after all she was happy and leaving me along. but most important and has already been said,you r gut will tell you .
