Am reading Torn Asunder and have gotten to the part which refers to FWS identifying the needs that were being satisfied by the OP. My H has stated often, even prior to reading this, that he doesn't know what needs it filled as I am capable of meeting all that he knows of.
Is there a list somewhere, or suggestions for this which will help? Are there any that you know from your own situations that you would be willing to share?
Thank you in advance...we are wanting to move forward but realize we need this part to go from.

Hi A-Grace,
My W and I worked through Torn Asunder together... it was a great help to us both.
For my W, the OM mainly met her needs for conversation (I was in the military at the time and was away from home a good bit) and respect (I was treated my W like a child and not as an equal partner... and I was controlling).
There were a bunch of other issues that caused her A's, but these were the two main needs that the OM met.
