I have no idea why, but I was curious if anyone had heard from Alan Arthur. The last I read, he was battling the W and she had just decided to file charges against him for violating the RO.

Wow! I hope he's out of the slammer for Xmas.

I was sort of following his story too. What happened to him. Maybe RedHat knows. I think someone named Redhat was helping him alot.

Im a bit worried. His situation was getting ugly. I sure hope that he is okay. Maybe the AA isn't ringing with some folks. Maybe we can change the title to Alan Arthur...Are you out there.

NO SLAMMER......paid $250 bond that lawyer worked out with CA. They are in discussion now. I think CA will see with records what w has been up to and she will see that I am trying to work on marriage.....no violence or threat of violence. Police said same thing.

Well if nothing else....there are other fish in the sea and I don't know if I would even want this nasty person she has become. Maybe some other "lucky" guy should give her a try!

Well I posted a thread you can all view to catch up on things. Just a couple minor bumps lately.

Oh, forgot. I did tell attorney to tell hers I will drop complaint on wife if she drops hers. Let's end this now. Haven't heard anything back and really don't want to push. I will just see what happens.
