How do I do that backwards fog talk to Wh when I ask him for the last $750.00 owed to my attorney (you know he never bothered to get one for himself). He's gonna tell me he doesn't have it, and another thing is that in his deep fog, he believes he is married to the OW, because they went through the ceremony.
Thanks for your help!!!!!

Hi KK,

Sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner. I was stuck at work until 9pm on Saturday and my son has been sick so things have been kinda hectic.

As for his babble..... well I would ask for the $$ don't negogiate down go up..... he will complain about not having it, remind him that is not your concern he just needs to give what is rightly yours..... be firm but not sarcastic. When he says he doesn't have it to give, tell him go ask his 'friend(s)', beg borrow or steal..... surely his new founded friends know the importance of not turning one's back on family obligations....right?!?!? Play it back in his ear. I did this. Even told the Ws to go borrow $$ from the supposed rich OW..... right, this OW might have her own home (her H gave it to her in their D) but having a brush with forclosure and 1 or 2 vehicles in repo is not my idea of 'rich'.....ya know?!?!? LOL!! Anyways, tell him it is nothing personal, you just need what you need...... I did that. The Ws thought he could plead on my mercy. I reminded him that my days of me suffering for his sake were over..... his suffering was now his suffering and his OW needed to meet ALL his needs..... even this one. So hurry up you dumb WS, go get the $.

Practice in front of the mirror, build your confidence. I don't think you will find this suggestion coming from many but then again, your sitch is a bit out there.... not you mind you, just the decision of your WS is just a tad out there in left field, if you know what I mean.... so you gotta go throw the ball where he is.....way out there.

See he needs to realize that being away from you and your family will not relieve him of his obligations...... no sir ree..

L.

Many, Many thanks, Orchid,
You are always there for so many people.
You're right, my situation is a bit different from most, thank Goodness. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else, though i guess I'm not the first.
Yep, i want the money paid, cuz I also want to get on with my life, can I tell him that?
God bless.
I'll let you know how it goes.

Orchid,
thanks for asking about me. Today has been a painful day. Fresh pain, i don't personally care for it, but guess starting a new year without WH (for a certainty) is tough. No one there to share things with, etc, though he hadn't really been there for a while.
My church family and God will meet my needs now, and my children's.
What I really hate is WH doesn't call or see the kids, really, very rarely.
Take care,
KK

kk,

Just wanted to add that I need to get pro-rated money out of xH after DV the 19th of Nov til the end of month.

xH said that he didn't have, said sorry but that that was not my problem, it was now his and his new wifes and that somehow, somewhere he needed to come up with the money, that I needed it and that it was what was owed to me. I stayed very calm and just kept putting it all back on him (a trick that I learned from our friend orchid) it worked, when he was here he gave me money said that it was the first installment on the lawyers fees, didn't log it that way on the check and there was more there then there should have been, he just wanted to be right and the fog doesn't help with that.

Stay calm and do the practice thing, it took about 4 confrontations between e mails and phone calls and then he was here and I brought it up once, the check was already written out and handed to me when brought up!!

Good luck!!!

Thanks for the reply, Dawn. WH hasn't signed the decree yet, though he has gone through with the wedding (SERIOUS FOG!!!)
I did leave him a message stating that he could either pay the $750.oo owed to the attorney, or he could pay the rent for the month which would ensure his 3 children have a roof over their heads.
He called back to say he would take care of it.
My atty. was going to call again also, to tell him to come and sign the decree!!!
Thanks for the advice.
I'll let you all know how it goes.
Good luck to you. God bless.
KK
