Hello, I just came across this site and thought that it may be usefull to some MBrs. It can help locate the name of the person if you just know the cell phone number. It will also tell you who the cell or mobile carrier is, which may be usefull in certain cases as well ...... link to website D.

Hmm. All I could get was the carrier and a map showing the area code. I was hoping for more. I guess it only provides subscriber name in some areas.

I looked up some names when clicked on Co. name. The only only I couldn't get was AT$T - it didnt have a place to do a reverse look up.
There is another way to look those up as well so if it is needed now, I'll search & see what I can find.
