Since it is supposedly only 2 1/2 weeks until he tells her it is over, does it make any sense for me to have no contact with him? I know he is upset with me because of it, but I don't really trust him to go through with it I guess is the main thing. I am going to go talk to his C. on thurs. so maybe it's a good idea just to hold tight until then. We just seem to argue when we're together anyway.

If I understand correctly...you're doing NC until he stops seeing TOW(s) in two and a half weeks...and should you continue NC.

Well, in my humble opinion...you need to keep whatever boundaries you've outlined. IF you told him to stay out of your life as long as he's continuing his affair...then stick to it!

And what is so important that he has to wait for this timeframe? Is he going to fall off the face of the earth if he tells her (them) today that it's over? Is the earth going to cease to exist? Sorry, but this is NUTS! Either he wants to end it...or...he doesn't. Doesn't sound as if he does. jmho

Yes, I have asked him why he needs to wait, just to give me a reason so I would understand and he gets defensive and says he is being pressured and now he's supposed to come up with a reason too! So that is why I am not being overjoyed about him saying he is ending it. He has said too many things before and not followed thru , and also won't give me access to cell phone records and passwords etc. So I guess it's just a waiting game, but of course he's the one under pressure, not me, this is easy for me to wait and wait for almost two yrs. for him to make a decision. I told him to tell TOW all the things he has done and said because she knows very little and see how nice she would be. But that's always the case isn't it, the BS is the bad one and OW is the good one, so kind and patient and undemanding. Not expecting anything LOL!
