I was trying to go by how u told me to get into my computer and check things out on what my H may be looking at, but when i went to my computer there was no tools at the top <img border="0" alt="[Teary]" title="" src="graemlins/teary.gif" /> Is there anyway i can add u to my yahoo friends list? my yahoo id is angel_delight47 thanks Cathy

Favorites
Tools
Help
Click on tools then follow the other instructions.
