Hey...I am not a smarty pants...you asked I guessed...and smarties arent chocolate are they?
I say do what is best for you. If that is plan b go for it. The quotes you brought up sound so much like him. As time goes on I think we all, you included, are getting a truer picture of who he is. In the beginning it was you WS he BS...now a more accurate picture of who you both are is coming to fruition. I am glad you have been learning so much about him and in so doing learning about yourself. It helps me to look at my own life and get perspective on certain behavior.
I for one never questioned if you still had it...although I will pout over my no chocolate/smarty pants episode for quite a while...just teasing.
Whatever you decide about plan b, we're with ya.

hope4future - You're right, if I go black without any warning or explanation, that's childish, and he deserves to know why. Indeed, if I'm not clear about it, it may serve his martyrdom even further. Don't worry, I will take several days to make a decision on this one. I was just posting my gut reaction.
I very rarely go to events that include single men. This one was a games night that included a very harmless group IMHO: my girlfriend, her H, her inlaws, her MIL's best friend, and that best friend's son (single guy). Besides, I wear my wedding ring always. I'm not divorced yet.
aysylyne - smarties are chocolates! They are a Canadian phemonenon, that are like m&m's really.
As I begin to ponder this plan B stuff, I think I'd like to ask my H to sit down and talk with me, and then if he refuses, he gets a letter instead of the talk.

Hm... my bet is that he gets the letter.
But I'm glad to hear that you've learned a lot through this experience. It's too bad that your H hasn't... ...yet.
Take care, -Qfwfq

Well, he called again last night, just before I got home from being out. I of course didn't bother trying to call him back. This morning I find mail in a bag under my windshield wipers. Maybe he showed up last night when I was running downstairs doing laundry, and I missed the buzzer.
So stupid me I sent him an email saying thanks for the mail, why didn't he buzz my apt. when he was there? Then I pointed out that he may have missed me b/c I was downstairs doing laundry. I know he read it HOURS ago (I had the tracker on), but of course he didn't bother to reply. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/mad.gif" />
I guess the email was a bad idea, but I was trying to treat him the way I'd want to be treated.
I'm gone until Sat. night again, so I'll talk to y'all when I'm home.
Jen
