Well, I couldn't even`go to work this a.m....after much barfing and sick to my stomach I had to call in ill for my mental health. God knows that I can't go on like this...please help me. I'm back down to less than 95 lbs....simply can't eat. Taking my vitamins and managed to down
some tomato soup today. If only I were in France where they can actually send to you to a "rest home" for mental help. They do everything for you -- cook, clean, and give mental advice. They really let you just relax..God will give me strength for tomorrow.
PLEASE PRAY FOR ME/US. SEND COMFORT PLEASE. i'M ABOUT TO LOSE IT...

Sending comfort to 1Red right away! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

So sorry you had such a yucky day.

Have you seen your Dr. lately? Does he know what kind of stress you are under? Emotions soon manifest themselves physically. (would explain my H's recent high blood pressure!)

Keep taking those vitamins, and eating soup. Remember when you are throwing up its eat only BRAT= Bread, Rice, Applesauce, Toast. (B might stand for something else since T is toast.) Maybe T is for tea. That makes me feel better when I'm sick.

Listen to some calming music, not anything to make you sad though.

Take a nap. You said sleep was your great escape. Mine too. Its weird I was thinking about you and the other MBers more today than usual, guess you needed it.

Try to get some rest, and like I tell my kids, (and one day I'll explain why I tell them this) what doesn't kill you will make you stronger.

Feel better soon!

yeah, that which doesn't kill me will make me stronger....thanks to Niezche...l
Oh God I'm about to lose it. I was fortunate enough to tune into the "In Touch" misinstries last night...I usually try to catch them early on Sunday morning, but I was calmed finding them in the evening.
Anyway, the In Touch message last night was about prayer, and using the name of Jesus when you call out to God. Sounds good to me...I have called out His name today and think that I have been heard. If any one out there has more advice about prayer and forgivenenss -- please share!!
No, I'm not perfect, but I'm willing to repent and ask for forgiveness. Is there more that I should ask for? I'm new to prayer and faith -- please guide me.
Thanks be to God and bless us all...

Yeah, and when I was in France and my best freind called a doctor for me...all he did was give me drugs..I don't want to go that route again. I mean he did give good advice -- no coffee and no cigarettes and only one glass of wine with dinner. Part of me would kill for more drugs to ease the pain..and I have them, but I know deep in my heart that it is not for the best. I carry them around just in case, but I always avoid them. No sense in getting hooked just to ease the pain..
God will see me through...it's better to rely on God than drugs. Maybe harder in the short run, but worth it in the long run. When I wake up at night in the middle of conflict, I simply ask Him to forgive me and let me move on. And I beg him to come into my life. Should I do more? I will take any advice given...
Thank you, and God Bless..

1Red,

I watched that same message from "In Touch" yesterday AM as I was getting ready to go to church. I watch every Sunday. It is really what I need. He has a website too, intouch.org.

It is important to pray in Jesus' name because He has died for our sins. He is our way to God.

If you have asked Him to forgive you. He did.

I have a lot of verses that might help if you are interested in them. In the Bible, I John will give you guidance.

I wouldn't advise you taking drugs that you might get hooked on, but I am concerned about your health.

Keep in touch,
landslide
