My H had an affair with a co worker which hopefully ended 2 months ago. The problem is that he was her boss and as from the beginning of April he will be working in an other area for a year. This is very good news for me as he will have no contact with her.

He has to go to the team and introduce the new guy who will be taking over the job while he is away. My problem is what guidlines do I set him and how will I hand this meeting. I would really appreciate any advice for you guts out there. He is worried about the meeting too, on its effect on our recovery and on me/him.

Many thanks for everyones help.

KatHurt.

If it's just an employee meeting to get accquainted with someone new it shouldn't be that difficult. I'm sure it will be a little awkward for him but if he doesn't have to meet with her one on one he shouldn't. Then just leave the meeting as quickly as possible, maybe with a group of his male friends. Doesn't sound like it needs to be a big deal. Unless I'm missing something.
