To make matter worse with last night, before I went out with my H I told my H our daughter might be pregnant. Well that is how everything esculated. If you read Help Bad Night. I learn to tell the truth no matter what and this is what happens with my H.

Ok I will and thanks, I was pregnant when I was 18 and I never told my parents until the night I went into labor. I hid it for 9 months. At least she has the guts to tell me. I wish my H can handle it in a different way. I never even went to the Dr's either until the day I had her at the hospital.

My daughter had a baby at 16. It was shocking and scary for all of us but it worked out. She is a wonderful mother and we adore our granddaughter (they live at home and baby will be 2 next month). My daughter went to GED school, then to Cosmetology School and is now making a decent living at 18. She's not quite ready to move out on her own yet but should be in next 6 months or so.
We tried out best not to judge her, force our opionions on her but to just advise her and support her decisions...so far this has worked for all of us. Not life I would have chosen for her but she's making the most of it!
Good Luck!

My Neice is 17 and due next month. My sister is handling it well. She is being very supportive of my neice. I was one of the few they were afraid to tell. They thought I would lecture. (I'm very good at that). All I could say was "what is done is done, I hope she realizes the impact this will have on her". She does. My sister told her that she will finish school, she will go on to school and my sister will do all she can to help her accomplish this.
It will be okay.
