I was thinking, and maybe thinking a little too much. I have been married for about 57 months. Of those 57 months, almost 7 months have been spent apart now, which comes out to 12.3 percent. That's a lot!! I realize that I have not been married long, but when you look at it like that it's an eye opener. Anyone else do silly things like that?
Have a good day.

Luki,
Ack. My percentage of being with my H over the last five years is more 35-40%. Then you factor in sleep, child, work, etc. Even when he was home, we only got a sitter and went on "dates" about once every two or three weeks. So the time the two of us spent alone doing things we enjoyed together was probably under 1%. And I wonder why we've had problems?
Next month we will start to live in the same house, every day, for at least four years. Which thrills and terrifies me.

Luki,
and I thought I was the only one who did these crazy things. It would be hard to figure it out after 10 yrs of M for me but I'm always doing these kinds of things.

It's interesting how numbers can put things in perspective. No where to hide from the hard truth. If I count the amount of time spent living a lie, that comes out to a little more than 25 percent for me. I can only speak for myself when I say that is too much for me to consider a reconciliation. Too much pain and lies for me to deal with anymore. Sorry to be so anti-recon, but that's how I feel about my situation.
From now on, I am going to calculate the days since I became a human being again. That's worth it!
