Not really a Mortarman Update. that will come probably tomorrow. Just wanted everyone to know that my wife and I started sort of celebrating last night, our 10th Wedding Anniversary today. She sort of told me that she expected a "big rock" today, which had always been my plan for our tenth. But, because of the last year and a half, and the fact that it wasnt until recently that we were even reconciling, I didnt even know we would have an anniversary. So, my plan that I had made for years will take a little time now. She wasnt upset...not at all. I did some really nice stuff for today. but, it was always known between us that this would be the year that the ring is "upgraded." Who would have known, though, that we would be at this point, and gone through all of this?

Anyway, things seem to be going pretty well. A few triggers for both of us, but nothing major. I can see it in her eyes and what she says that she really wants to move forward, to make things work. And while today may not be so much a celebration...it may be a day of reflection for both of us...and really a starting point on the future.

We are dropping off the kids this evening and just "vegging together" as she stated. We both look forward to our 11th, when we can get back to REALLy celebrating our years together. Right now, we are just thankful to God, and to each other that we are even having more years together.

Thanks to everyone that helped me get to this point. Thanks from both of us!

In His arms.

Happy 10th! I've been following and reading and am elated for the turn of events in your life.

Please take it easy. Our 10th anniv found us in the Ozarks crashing a jetski when one of the workers (who we never saw again) ran into us. Let's suffice to say, we now own half a jetski somewhere in the Ozarks that we never get to ride on!!!!!

MM,

One of the MB heroes <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Happy 10th.

Funny, in Dec I gave up on my 25th (July this year), but last weekend we were looking at rocks as well! So watch out for my announcement in a few months time.

Good luck and God bless to you and Mrs MM.

Wow... how inspiring. You two have made it through huge hurdles that many couples cannot. I hope my husband and I will still be together in 10 years... leaving all of the pain way in the distant past. Congratulations and Happy Anniversary!!

MM and W,

Congratulations on your 10th. My bet is that the 20th will be even better, and the 30th... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

God Bless,

JL
