I am at the point that I think my H is ready to leave me and I want him to stay for our son's sake. I don't know for sure, but I don't know how to find out. If he does I don't know what that will do to our son? If any one could help me and maybe give any segestions I would like the help.

Thanks Adell

Hello, Adell.

Others will be back to counsel you further, but it is a holiday week-end, and the boards will probably remain slow till Tuesday.

In the meantime, let me add a few comments here. My first suspicion in reading your post is that is sounds like your H is having an affair.

Have you read the concepts on this site? If not, that would be something you can do immediately. You wil not be able to "make" your H stay if he is determined to move out, but know this: It does not mean the end of your M. BUT, it DOES mean you will have to change some things you have been doing.

Reading the concepts pages, learning about how couples reach a point of not meeting each others' needs, and drift apart, etc. is all explained there.

You are very young, and obviously married very early, I suspect b/c of the child. You will need to grow up quickly, and act much more mature than your H at this point to get his attention.

Just remember this, Adell. Even if he leaves now, it doesn't mean he won't come back. Please continue posting, and do not say or do anything crazy, just b/c you are upset. Many of us have been through this before, and are here to help.

God Bless,
