Sorry your adrenaline is running so high and keeping you from getting your needed rest.... me too!!! But mine is because I usually check out the board at night just before I go to bed.... this is MY time and the rest of my family is sound asleep!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

Please see your doctor and let him know you need to get your rest. He may be able to perscribe something or you can check out your alternative/herbal treatment options.

I used to live on about 2-4 hours sleep a night for about 4 months. Then it went to 5. Eventually your body will force you to sleep.

Do some exercises. Plan your day. Keep a journal.... that journal keep track of all the A stuff, my feelings and concerns..... it also was a stress reliever. I was periodically able to go back and see my progress and even laugh at what went on. Yes, eventually you will be able to even look back and laugh. In a painful way but the things those WS and OPs are crazy. Even some of the BS stuff!

It helps to not listen to sad music. Soothing New Age music like George Winston, Windham Hill and Mannheim SteamRoller has been especially comforting to me.

I have problems sleeping too. I hadn't thought about coming here.
