Hi,

Welcome to MB long time lurker!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

You know the info here right? Now you need to start applying it. Can you get to a good MC or do phone counseling with Jennifer or Steve?

What books have you read from here? I am sorry you are in this mess again. The pain is initially as intense but the duration will probably not be as long.

Keep posting, ok? Breathe......right now he has to prove he is worth being part of your family. Keep your values high. Don't settle for less.

Pray for a clear mind and a calm heart.

Let us know how you are doing.

take care,
L.

I think if you are willing to endure a bit more you may view it differently. Also his antics show an unstable person in the making. Probably very uncharacteristic, right?

You need to get yourself to a mentally and emotionally safe spot. When can you start MC or ICing?
