Well Im here and going to post.. I have been married to Dave for 22 years and it started out rocky but evened out after awhile. What brings me here is his 4th affair in the 22 years and it ended on Aug12,03 this was with a friends wife it went from just friends to I love you and want to be with you .. I was told by him two weeks after her husband found out. I was suspicious for around a month.. I was just getting past the third one that happend almost 13 months to the day earlier. That cost him and I a good friend. All these affairs were admitted to me just 8 months earlier... So Ive been on a emotional roller coaster for almost 3 years now. Promsies of being faithful went out the door. I wanted him to leave then changed my mind as being seperated would have been worse at the time. Now after going to counseling for 7 weeks I am going back and forth on what I want and putting he and I thru hell. How do I stop the thoughts and insecurities, I am on Paxil for Anxiety for about 3 years now and I had some sort of breakdown 3 weeks after he told me now I take Vistarel it does help to calm me down.. I want to recover but I still get very hurt and angry sometimes I cant seem to help it.. We have dedicated ourselves to each other again.. He stays off the PC and lets mne know where he is most of the time and all his time has been accounted for .. Hugs me kiss's me tells me he loves only me and is sorry that it happend (thats cuz he got busted by her H) other wise he would have carried on longer as she was looking at him differently... How do I get over this counseling is only dragging up the past and hurting the both of us more and more.. What do I do advice please...
