You can go on download.com and download an assortment of things, that is how I found my WH passwords, you need a keystroke logger I have one called STARR also you can monitor web based e-mails such as yahoo, aol, hotmail etc with a program called spymail or one like it. Anything you want to download it on that site and it's free but the problem is the keystroke log won't run in completely stealth mode unless you buy it a pop up window comes on when you turn on the computer the way around this is to turn on the computer yourself and leave it on. Always get to the computer first, besides you heard it was "best to leave the computer on for the harddrive to refresh or somehthing" hope this helps. It my hurt more than it helps. But at least this is how I found out the truth.

I found a program called Ghost key logger. I think it's free to try and $50 if you want to buy it which removes the pop up window.

You can track EVERYTHING that is EVER typed on your computer with this and even things that are opened. Very very cool program.
