How do I remove these horrible images of my wife and another man out of my head?
Please help. It only happened onced and I wasn't there but after demanding her to tell me how it happened and what happened I wish I never asked.
I CAN'T TAKE THESE TERRIBLE THOUGHTS OUT OF MY HEAD, AND IT HURTS SO MUCH.
Can someone help me?

I know, but it has been 3 months it may not seem much to some but to me its an eternity. Every single day I get bad thoughts. Anytime I turn on the TV and see something inmoral or listen to the radio and hear some song talking about love or sex i get bad thoughts.
This is so painful. People don't think of these things in the moment. They don't think of the consequences of their actions.

No they dont think...And one day maybe we will all know hte answer in why... Its been almost 2 yrs fo rme and there are times IM hit so hard by things said and done in the past i want to double over and cry... My husband no senses these things and takes my hand or lets me know he cares...Find some things to occupy yourself...Are yall still together and working hard to make this work??If so stat some new good memories to replace those images...Life can go on, and with time the wounds scab over and with out picking htem dont leave to big a scar..or so im told....
