Then my question is... How do I catch a relapse?? Do I have to be constantly on guard? I feel taxed at times to the point that I don't feel quite up to the task. OR do I continue on as if life is normal and wait to catch things as I did before (doubtful)??

I don't think anyone can tell you exactly how to stay on guard in your specific situation. Just keep you eyes and ears open, but at the same time, don't unnecessarily add any more stress to your recovery. A balancing act for sure.
Perhaps post over on the Recovery board - you're already WAY beyond the point that I got.
