I notice MB Weekend is coming to San Francisco.
Now, I consider H and I to be in a strong recovery (2 years past D-Day), and we're pretty conscientious about staying in touch with emotional needs, recreational companionship activities, etc. We spend time each week examining where we're at with our relationship.
Just wondering if we would significantly benefit from attending this seminar. Any "recoverees" find it worthwhile?

It is extremely beneficial for committed couples wanting to recover and move on. I noticed at the Orlando Weekender in September that some were there together but alot were there sort of because they were pushed into it. The pushed couples seemed to actually more upset with each other by the end of the seminar than the start.
There is a lot of work involved post seminar but it can be very enlightening.
