I know it hasn't been that long, but it seems like an eternity. W has come back twice but only to return to OM. She has written me a letter specifically saying she does not love me and that she loves OM. Been in plan B for awhile since she left at the end of Dec. I have not seen her or heard from her since then. I'm beginning to lose hope and looking elsewhere for companionship. I haven't actually found anyone, but am not not looking, if that makes sense. I still love my W, but the lonliness and hurt are more than I want to endure any more. I guess you could say I'm "TIRED"....

Hello,

I think it is important for you to contact an attorney to understand the legal ramifications of what your wife has done to your marriage and your children. You need to know all of the options at your disposal. I wish you luck.

Hi LWH,

I am right there with you.I know how hard it is.If you are looking for companionship, please don't look at the opposite sex. That would just make this more difficult for you, confusing, and you need to be able to offer a woman all of you, in the right frame of mind and at the right time.Right now you are not ready. You're hurting and you need to surround yourself with friends and family.

Plan B can be a looong haul definitely. It drains you.I feel that way too sometimes but I try to keep busy.It does look hopeless to me too sometimes but I take comfort in knowing I am doing the right thing,I have supportive friends and family,I have to soldier on for my daughters and take care of myself just as if,only if,I were actually divorced.

It is tiring for sure having to go through this.Frankly,it's just rotten.Perhaps this day is just a downer and tomorrow you will feel differently.I know that if I just ride out the hurtful feelings on one day,I usually feel better the next or at least find some comfort in something to keep me going.Today,I am reorganizing all my office files. That should help keep my mind off things for awhile.

Keep posting if it helps. We're here for ya!

The last couple of days haven't gone well. I've had dreams of W and fighting with her. In the dreams she always goes back to the OM. I even had a dream with him in it. I had watched a stupid 'scary' movie with my D and her friend and then I dreamed I attacked the OM. These dreams I hope don't mean anything, but maybe they are telling me to move on.......

Sorry you are feeling so down. But don't give up now, you are still very early in Plan B. I did not hear anything for 3 months, and one day H called and said he wanted to reconcile.

Well it didn't work out for us, but please don't give up hope. It takes a long time in Plan B, before they start waking up.

Don't even think about another woman. It will be a big mistake. You are still hurting and will not be making great choices. Also if WW does want to come back, it will complicate things.

Keep doing things for yourself, things that will increase your self-esteem. And remember lots of us Plan B folks are here for you.

LWH,

Try not to make heads or tails of your dreams right now.If they are anything like mine, they are completely bizarre.I think my mind is just trying to process what I am going through which in itself is just plain crazy! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

Also, don't think that you need to make any major decisions, remember that.Plan B is about detaching, hanging back and living your life without the day to day drama of your WW A.You are still relatively early in the game to be thinking of "moving on".Nope,it is not your time yet I would say.So just keep that focus on you and your kids like I am doing.

Keep posting if you need to vent.
