Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day.

I'll be home alone but, I'm planning a quiet night of old movies and pizza.

So...What are you all doing? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Happy Valentine's Day.

I have a hair highlighting appointment at 10:30am. That's all I have on the menu for today.

I am wondering if I will hear from my husband. We haven't spoken since Wednesday night and I am longing to hear his voice.

This will be our first Valentine's Day apart since 1992.

This really blows.

Uggh! I hate this day!

For one thing, Major Trigger Day!

A deadline of sorts for me....I wanted so much to hear from WH, "I want to come home" and if not, wanting so much to move on.
Somehow, I don't think either will happen, not today anyways!!

Going to spend the evening with a group of mixed friends we lovingly call the "Losers Club", it's a great bunch, we laugh a lot, and we know we're not losers, and both male and females members are all looking (or waiting) for that special someone!

Here's hoping we all can make the best of this day no matter where we are on this bumpy road to recovery....

I have a dinner date with a good girlfriend and my great kids. We are going to have Mexican food.

I am not going to dwell on what WH is doing, if he is with OW, or what he got for her. I expect nothing from him.

And that is OK, because he is so in the fog he doesn't even remember our past the way I do!

So, I have my sights set on what a great V-day I will be having with someone next year. Hopefully, it will be with my real H that I love and miss, but if not - HIS LOSS!

Love, Amy

I expect that both my teens will be gone tonight, so my V-day may consist of filing taxes or working on my son's financial aid application for college.

This is also my first V-day without my H since, well, probably 1984. It's never been a really schmoozy day for us, but at least we've been together.

If I get too lonely, I may treat myself to some carry out Thai food and just hit the sack really early with my two big babies (my dogs). They've been my salvation since he left. They've gotten really spoiled since H started staying away because I'm letting them both sleep in bed with me. They love me...I love them. It's cozy.
