Hi Suzy Q,
I wish I could give you a list of wonderful
books on the subject of "Anger Managment", but I can't. What you are feeling is understandable, and my heart goes out to you.
What I do know, is that by channeling anger into projects which need to be done, can be a very positive force. Unlike depression, which inevitably debilitates, anger motivates. You can get more done when you are angry than you can when you are depressed.
By using your anger to accomplish positive
things, it helps both you and everyone around you. Also, I am told that taking in a deep
breath, holding it, then releasing it very, very slowly, will help lower your heart rate,
help relax you, and control "anger flare-up".
I am certainly not an expert, but I wanted you to know that there are answers. I hope
the other members will reply to you with
books or other information on anger management. Hang In There!

Suzy Q
The book I read that helped was:
"How one of you can bring the two of you together" by Susan Page.
The book does not condem anger but helps you understand why you get angry, when some people should be angry, and when some shouldn't. It doesn't have all the answers but it helped me.
