I am having a hard time navigating here - I am pretty sure I saw a "re-cap" area that I can not find.
I am looking for more information on the FOG stage.
WH is now withdrawing from me and telling me he feels numb.
He is 3-4 weeks into NC with OW
Can anyone point me in the right direction please...

Hi there,
It sounds like your WH is in the *withdrawal stage from his A.If you click on the Q&A topic at the top of the board, you will find some information from Dr.Harley there about ending the A and what follows.Look for it under "Coping with Infidelity: The End Part 2".
Hope this helps.
