I have a question that I think I should know but here goes anyway.Just how long does this depression that the WH have going to last?
and why do they have the depression.I know what I have read but I'm hoping that someone here can give me a little more ffed back on it.

By depression do you mean before the A, or after the A is over and WH is in withdrawal?

depression after the A. He told her last night that it WAS OVER and that he loved me.

Oh what good news. If he continues to have NC with her, it should not last too long - maybe only 3 weeks. But you should ask him to write NC letter - something like this:

Dear OW -
I have decided to work on my marriage. I love my wife and want to work on my relationship with her. Please do not contact me for any reason.

thanks for all the guidence you have showed me.I can't say I don't hurt but I know in time it will get better. KEEP PRAYING FOR ALL WS AND WB AS I WILL!!
