Silver thought I should share this dream and see if anyone has a clue as to what it might mean, if anything.

In the dream i'm going into a house. It's victiorian, very colorful and old. It's also large but in height not width. It's actually fairly narrow.

I go in the back door. It's dark and there is wood everywhere. The walls are not painted or papered, just tongue n groove board. The floor is wood as well. I'm in a sort of closed off area with a spiral staircase. There is a doorway that would lead to the rest of the house but i don't go there.

A man in paint covered clothes comes down the stairs and welcomes me. He tells me his name and shakes my hand. I don't know what he is saying from my view point but the me in the dream can hear him. He is an average guy and covered in paint. We start up the stairs and he is talking and talking and talking. The entire staircase is almost enclosed in an alcove.

The wall that goes to the outside has a small window at every floor and the rest is the same wooden treatment. The wall oppsite is curved for whatever reason. As we are going up and up he is still talking and i'm not really listening. I'm looking at the space between the wall and the staircase and i'm wondering how i will get whatever it is i'm going to buy down the stairs. I'm also wondering about the staircase it's self. The posts are purple and the rail is green. The treads are yellow. Really odd. The rest of the inside is stained a golden brown color. Darker then oak.

We have to go up 5 floors to get to the room where this guy paints. I'm not sure what i was going to get but it was big. I wake up before getting to the top.

Silver thought it was odd and i wondered what it meant if anything.

Okay, the huge house, tall but not wide. Well, that's obviously phallic.

Okay, the house isn't painted or papered. AND Poe is going to buy a large painting.

Actually the second bump was an accident, they didn't let me post the first one. I didn't know it went through anyways. I also know that Poe wasn't planning on bumping it herself.

Not what I would have guessed but.....ok. Actually i dream of houses a lot. They are always very old, very large, victorian and dark on the inside. I'm usually looking for something. Anyway thanks for your view on it.
