I love you ark...I hope that's okay <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" /> ...it is a purely platonic, think you say such wonderful uplifting things to people, kind of love! I will put this on my list of memorable posts to bump... may I also copy it and credit you? these observations would make a good companion piece to one of my coping techniques...I tell people to find a little piece of joy, each and every day...a reason to love the world you are in, to lift you out of the drama, crisis and trauma you find yourself in the midst of...to give yourself a break, no matter how short... I followed this myself in my quest for sanity during turmoil and vowed to continue doing it...and yet every once in a while I forget my own advice <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> ... your post is my little piece of joy today... awed

Amen, and Amen again. I too love you Ark, you are an inspiration, a lighthouse through the fog, a warm puppie and a cold 2x4 which ever one is need most. You are as steady and as sure as a wise old woman who is still young and beautiful... You are a wild, succulent woman and a fine member of the sisterhood (and brotherhood) of the universe... And to all of you who don't get many replies at first, don't worry. I talk to myself on here all the time too, but the good news is, is my written communication skills are improving, and my ego is getting smaller (as in I'm used to being responded to at work because everyone has to respond to me, but on here it's anyones guess if you get an answer or not, so ego gets grounded) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> Also you learn to become alot more creative just to get noticed, and thats another bonus <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

Got asked out yesterday by two women within 15 minutes. Thanked them kindly, told em I was a married man until 10-21-04. Went home and cried like a baby missing my WW. Maybe it was the full moon yesterday???

I thought this would kill me seven weeks ago. Then you lot convinced me I would live.

Ark: THANK YOU! These last months have been so brutal for me. Even now, as a hurricane looms, I wonder how my newly minted exW could leave her boys and take a vacation with the OM. I wonder how she could leave the M. I hurt so deeply. Yet. I am coming to that place that informs me that I am not the blame for her unhappiness and she is not the source of my value.
