3isacrowd, your thread on attractivness being a selfish EN, generated a lot of interesting thoughts for sure! I'd like to bounce off your post by asking a flip side of the coin type question. Some of the BS's went and had plastic surgery post DDay. (Bet you gals look great!)This got me wondering...

Elective surgery is one of those personal preference things of course, yet it still falls under POJA. (Well at least in my house. We go around and around on this topic.) Would it be considered selfish to want to have plastic surgery if spouse is opposed, or to not want plastic surgery if spouse wants you to?

Another question is if you did have plastic surgery, what effect if any,did it have on your relationship with your BS? For those who are the BS's if your spouse had plastic surgery prior to the A do you think it contributed in any way to the affair?
