These are statements from a seperated spouse to her husband.
We're together BUT we're not "together"
"It's not cheating IF you are seperated"

Classic fogese. Also "we're just friends", "we're soulmates", "I love you, but am not in love with you".
And the funny part is they all think they are so original.

Hello,
It is called rationalization and denial. If you are legally married it is not acceptable to be screwing another person. If you are divorced then you can do anything you want but she is not divorced. I guess she does not need to file joint income taxes because she is separated?
The fact that she is married to you and justifies to you she can have sex with other men because she feels separated says a great deal about her and her priorities. No consequences to her actions equals no motivation to change. I wish you luck.

Here is another question. She lives in an apt complex and she has a friend (female, who is a lowlife POS). This female friend obviously doesnt like me and is using their friendship to put a further wedge in our seperation and marriage.
The friend introduced my W to a neighborhood bar and now they are going their 3-4 times a week instead of just 1. It has been getting more and more frequent since my W moved into the complex. The friend is a viament man hater and it is slowly influencing my W. When my W is around me and we do things together it REALLY bothers her friend so she uses the convienence to bolster the further degradation of our marriage. My W gets easily influenced by others and often follows their paths knowing that its drawing a further wedge between us.
I am so FREAKIN mad that this crap is affecting our sons connection with his mother. This B^%$^ friend could give a crap about our sons quality of life, she only cares to coddle my W's feelings.
I really feel like having this B served with a resrtaining order and keep her sorry [censored] away from my W.
Any Suggestions?

Maybe it will wake her up. Look she is living in an apartment and has a low life girlfriend that that takes her to a bar 4 nights a week and your wife tells you she can have sex with anyone she wants because she is separated. Apparently there are no consequences to her actions. I would suggest contacting an attorney to at least understand the legal options availiable to you.
If she feels she can do anything and still be legally married to you then why should she change if you are willing to accept this? Maybe when she realizes what the consequences will be it may wake her up. Why would you wish to be married to a woman who feels it is acceptable to screw other men and go to bars to party? I wish you luck.

I know that by her going to the bar so much is totally detremental to working out our problems. I am very very sincere that I do want to work on US and our family but by doing what she is doing is not helping at all and her "friend" certainly is feeding her a bunch of crap and roses about how much better she is off now. Her "friend" by the way has been divorced 2x and is a man hater. Her influence is doing nothing more than destroying what we have left. This bar crap has got to stop and stop NOW before any more damage is done.
