If you think H is still seeing OW do you move to Plan B. Separation until he makes a choice? I think he is lieing about having NC. She just recently left her H and family.

Not before exposure and not until you've demonstrated your Plan A improvements and not until YOU'RE separated.

No, not until you have done a GOOD Plan A. You can still do a GOOD Plan A while you are seperated too. We did Plan A while we were seperated and it worked. I am not that familiar with your story...sorry! So many, it is hard to keep up with! Keep in Plan A for now though!
