HI I have posted before. My ww has been cheating, and lying off,and on for about 15 of our 18 year marriage. She works at a retail store, and a guy has been parking his truck out back, and visiting her a couple nights a week. She calls him with her schedule, has his birthday highlighted in book, and when she goes on her walks she calls him on pay phone. She said he is just a friend, but she has said that before on other affairs. She says she is losing interest in the marriage. She is losing interest, cause she has a bf. She said she will tell him to stop coming around, but I dont believe her. What can I do. I dont accept this, and cant live like this. Steve

well you know she's lying. No doubt about it! she IS having an affair.
Get thee to a MC. She has a problem that you can't fix. Try counseling, it may work, it may not, it's up to your W.

mistersteve...what's really sad is not only have you posted before...but it is the exact same story...
how old are the children now.....
I think your wife has no intererest in respecting you... that she is only interested in her own selfish motivations and attention seeking behavior.....

When I look the other way,I am the sweetest hubby around, but if I check up,and ask questions then she gets mad,and acts nasty to me,and the kids, and lies all the time.My daughter knows she is keeping in touch for a year with this guy,and she says she is disgusting.

why SHE held on so long...
the real question and issue is why did/do YOU?
Well since this is years and years of the same old....
my suggestion is two things...live with no expectations but the same you have gotten..turn your head for four more years until you daughter is 18 and then leave....
or YOU go for custody of the kids....and have her leave....
this is years of this behavior.... this is who she is....
you can't change her...but you can change you...
I realize this un-marriagebuilding advice...but I don't believe for one second your wife cares at all....
I think it is time for you to stop being part of her chaos.....
even a search of your posts...it's all the same issues....how very sad for you....
think long and hard about her behavior... decide what is healthiest for the CHILDREN and YOU.... and move towards ending all chaos in yours and their lives...
