Is there a place on here where you can get the questionnaire? I have the book, but I would have to make copies of it out of the book. It would be easier to just print out copies, anyone know of any place here to get them?

They are printable from the MB website from a PDF. I've printed them out. If you go to the "Home" page and then to Basic Concepts - I think you get pointed to Questionnaires. There are some other really good questionnaires as well.

On the subject of the ENs questionnaire, here's something I've been meaning to solicit y'all's input on (I don't feel too guilty about thread-jacking since HINY got her question answered <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" /> )

After you've filled out the questionnaire, what's a good way to go over the answers? Just hand the pages to your spouse? Take turns reading your own response to your spouse? Take turns reading your spouses responses and asking for clarifcation?

I have filled out my questionnaire and my H is about 75% done with his (we're doing this recovery thing really s l o w l y but at least we're doing it!) so we're going to be going over it soon.

I know that any comment I make about how he could improve the way he meets a particular need of mine is going to feel like a criticism to him. I need a way to get the information across to him without making him feel like I'm beating him up. I've included positive remarks, too "I love the way you do X. It would be nice if you could also do Y." I don't know how to actually go through the questionnaire effectively though once he's finished.
