Well my husband and i seperated in September but still see each other regularly. He moved in a apartment in Feb. that is in her name, they argue all the time and he tells me he is getting rid of her but i don't know. He kicked her out of the apartment monday 2 weeks ago and our relationship was doing really well until Thursday when she came back and said she wasn't leaving, so he is trying to find a place and we were planning on getting back together in June when my lease is up but I don't know what to do please help. We also have a 3 year old boy.

Is he ready to end the affair with a no contact letter? If you felt certain that his affair was ended, I would let him come home if he committed to ending the affair and opening up his life to you. Why wouldn't you consider letting him come home?

He said he wants to be by his self for a little while and she is crazy, when he isn't home she rides by my place and looks for him and she has followed him to my house before, I don't know if he is serious about leaving her alone or if he is just telling me that. I want him to move back home and he knows that he can.

Since she came back Thursday I haven't seen him but for about five or ten minutes, he hasn't seen our son like he normally does. we don't talk as much as we did but he still says that he is leaving her. I am so confused.

What you have is a fence sitter. I have one too. Mine keeps saying he wants to move back, but still spends all of his time with the OW.

I don't think that you should take your WH back right now. You need to wait until he is really done with OW, and shows it by his actions. Then he will be ready to work on the marriage.

Read all about Plan A and Plan B on this site. There is a lot of support and advice here. Stick with us.
