dewt,

I'd respectfully like to remind you that whatever your WW tells you cannot be taken at face value.Talking about time frames for her to possibly come home, actually coming home, that the A isn't an A anymore,to me,is worthless and you cannot afford to take it to the bank. She is not trustworthy and we are talking about custody of your son.If going to see a lawyer or a mediator to protect your rights to your son blows away any chance yout THINK you might have, the fault lies within your wife, not your actions. She is giving you information about what may happen in the very near future, you see that right? All of which are pointing to her subversively trying to test the waters on what you will do if she attempts to get minidewt in her "possession".

Examples:

-WW expressed a desire to move back home BUT is ok with looking for a place on her own

-WW says it is a fair worry to believe that she may move out after moving in first and taking miniD with her

-WW would like to have him live with her*

-WW agreed to the need(potential or not) of a mediator

-WW mentions June/August "possible" time frame for returning home June to late August..how did she arrive at this time? AND if she isn't there by the end of school, she would expect miniD to go and live with her.

-WW is not planning on NC until she leaves town. You don't plan, you either DO or DON'T

- Other areas of mention that do not allay your fears(whatever they are).

Does this sound hopeful still? Maybe I am not reading this post well but this is what it seems like for me,she may be trying to turn the tables here.Perhaps?
