Mom,
Well it let me edit one post but then it gave me an error:
Sorry, the time in which you may edit your message has elapsed.
Now whenever I try to edit a post I get that same error.

I wasn't allowed to edit a post I wrote just yesterday.
Seems like no one is going to be able to go back and delete their messages!
It is 'common' to only allow 20 mins. to change messages on message boards.
I guess it is because once a thread is started, without the original message, it ruins the entire thread by causing confusion to why all the different responces.
Sincerely, Julie

Ohhh...Thanks for explaining that Julie! I just tried to edit because of this thread, but that does make sense. I guess we need to keep in mind what our Mommas taught us:
If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all
You are right! I edited this 10 seconds after posting, and it worked! [ May 05, 2004, 08:36 AM: Message edited by: Ladysing58 ]

we used to be able to go back and edit and delete even weeks after the thread had started. I know what you mean though BT...I would often start reading a thread and all the sudden most of the posts were gone poster had deleted them.
