I have been trying to write a Plan B letter and coming up blank - my problem is that he finally admits that he wants nothing w/ OW, realizes that he never loved her. He states he actually wants to stop talking to her.

We are separating because he loves me - not "in" love w/ me. He is hoping w/ us apart he'll be able to make a decision about whether to divorce or stay married.

I also need to leave a book - thought about SAA w/ a note please read. He may read it, may not - dosen't really like to read self help books.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

BB2,

I bet not.

Keep him in the house if you can and do Plan A. He doesn't need to move out in order to make this decision. "Hey, boss, I want a six month sabbatical so I can decide if I want to keep working here or not..." "Hey, Mom, would you keep the kids for a few months while I decide whether or not I really want to be a Dad?" <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />

Personally, I wouldn't believe anything he says about "realizing" he doesn't love OW. If he really didn't want anything to do with her, he wouldn't be talking to her still. Sounds to me like the A is still ongoing, at least at some level, and he's wanting permission to move out and play with both you and OW.

You can't make him stay home but I sure wouldn't agree to a separation.
