Dear Orchid,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
How infuriating - doesn't say a lot for the co-ordination at the hospital!
My dad, and my uncle are both doctors (retired) - Dad was chief of staff of his hospital for many years. He stresses over and over that with the way medicine has gone in the last 20 years, you HAVE to be an advocate for your own health care, and for the care your family receives. You HAVE to ask questions and demand answers. I am sure that your mom has a great advocate in you. !!!!
