At time I too wish I would have stuck with it when I told WW at DD to get out and stay out. But i wasn't strong enough then. now i am able to say it, mean it and stick with it. By understanding the workings of an A (MB) it has allow me to rationalize and cope with everything. My WW is self distructing. She doesn't tlak to anyone about the A, her parents or friends.
hang in there! this does make you a better person for the ones that count on you.
